Phillip Gallagher
Executive Chairman
Phillip Gallagher is an experienced resources executive and company director with extensive experience in mineral exploration, project acquisition, development and corporate strategy, particularly across West Africa.
Mr Gallagher brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience in ASX-listed resources companies. As co-founder and Managing Director of Canyon Resources Limited, he led the company's exploration activities in Burkina Faso before securing the major Minim Martap Bauxite Project in Cameroon and leading negotiations with the Government of Cameroon to secure the project.
Previously, Mr Gallagher was Managing Director of African Gold Limited (ASX: A1G), where he led exploration and development activities across Côte d’Ivoire and Mali, including the advancement of the Didievi Gold Project, where exploration established a significant high-grade gold discovery.
His experience across exploration, project generation and acquisition, government and stakeholder engagement and listed-company management provides Enterprise with strong strategic and commercial leadership as it undertakes a review of its portfolio and assesses opportunities to unlock value from its Western Australian exploration assets
Dermot Ryan
Non-Executive Director
Dermot Ryan is a highly experienced geologist and mineral exploration executive with more than four decades of experience in Australian mineral exploration, including extensive experience in Western Australia.
Mr Ryan spent 20 years with CRA Ltd, including 10 years as Chief Geologist for CRA Exploration, before progressing to senior exploration roles with Great Central Mines and Johnsons Well Mining. He subsequently provided geological consulting services to Mark Creasy and was a founder of Enterprise Metals.
Mr Ryan has extensive experience identifying and evaluating mineral opportunities across Western Australia and has held senior and board positions with a number of resources companies. He is also a director of XServ Pty Ltd and Montana Exploration Services Pty Ltd, providing ongoing technical and exploration expertise to the resources sector.
A Fellow of the AusIMM and Chartered Professional Geologist, Mr Ryan provides Enterprise with deep geological knowledge, extensive WA exploration experience and a detailed understanding of the Company's existing project portfolio
Stuart Ausmeier
Non-Executive Director
Stuart Ausmeier is an experienced corporate and investment professional with more than 20 years’ experience supporting business growth, strategic transactions and corporate transformation across the mining, exploration and engineering sectors.
He has held senior leadership and CFO positions with ASX-listed companies across a range of commodities, giving him broad experience in commercial strategy, business development, corporate finance and executing growth initiatives in listed environments.
Earlier in his career, Mr Ausmeier worked with global investment bank NM Rothschild & Sons, where he advised on strategic mandates and debt and equity capital markets transactions within the mining sector.
A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr Ausmeier brings Enterprise strong commercial judgement, strategic perspective and an understanding of capital markets and corporate growth, complementing the Board's technical and operational capabilities as the Company evaluates its portfolio and future growth opportunities.
Steven Zaninovich
Non-Executive Director
Steven Zaninovich is a highly experienced mining executive and qualified civil engineer with more than 25 years' experience in the development, construction, commissioning and operation of mining projects, with particular expertise in gold and lithium.
His career has spanned Australia and West Africa, including Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Mali. Mr Zaninovich has held senior project and operational roles with Teranga Gold Corporation and Gryphon Minerals, including Vice President of Major Projects and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Project Director with Lycopodium Minerals.
He was Project Director for Newmont's Akyem Gold Project in Ghana and subsequently led development of the Banfora Gold Project in Burkina Faso. In Australia and Mali, he has also been closely involved in the development, construction and commissioning of the Bald Hill Lithium Project and Bougouni Lithium Project.
Mr Zaninovich currently serves as Managing Director of Castle Minerals Limited (ASX: CDT) and Non-Executive Director of Aurum Resources Limited (ASX: AUE).
His project development, operational, technical, Australian and West African experience provides Enterprise with valuable expertise in assessing exploration opportunities, project development pathways and strategic options for the Company's portfolio.
Jade Styants
CFO & Company Secretary
Jade Styants is an experienced corporate governance and finance professional with more than 30 years’ experience across the mining, energy and resources sectors, including extensive experience with ASX, TSX and AIM listed companies.
A Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (Chartered Secretary), Ms Styants has expertise across financial management, corporate governance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
Previously, Ms Styants was Corporate Advisor and Company Secretary – Australian Operations for Karora Resources (TSX: KRR), an international gold producer acquired by Westgold Resources in 2024. She supported major acquisitions, debt restructures, corporate structures, regulatory compliance and ESG reporting.
Earlier in her career, Ms Styants held senior Company Secretary, CFO and Finance Director roles across listed resources companies, with experience spanning capital raisings, acquisition funding, financial reporting, international transactions, shareholder engagement and corporate structuring.
Ms Styants brings Enterprise significant listed-company financial, governance and transaction expertise, supporting the Board's strategic review, disciplined capital allocation, corporate governance and the Company's broader objective of creating long-term shareholder value.
